Jesse is currently a member of Mutant X.

Background

Jesse comes from a high-class, high-profile family. It is unclear when he joined Mutant X, although it is speculated that he was recruited after member Shalimar Fox. Jesse possesses an above average intelligence, and is often used by Mutant X as a scout or researcher. Because he led a somewhat sheltered childhood, his innocence appears to be almost to the point of naitivite. However, he should not be regarded as any less dangerous due to this.
Currently, it appears that Jesse has little to no contact with family members. It is certain that he does not communicate with his father, Noah Kilmartin. This lack of affection appears to stem from an incident during which Noah agreed to turn Jesse over to the GSA.

Mutant Classification - Molecular Intangibility; Molecular Impervious

Strengths - Jesse is very loyal, and would risk his life to save the members of Mutant X.

Weaknesses - Jesse is an idealist, and his naive trust in others often blinds him to their faults.
